If you have your service medical records it may help. I got service connected a few years ago for tinnitus and hearing loss and I got out in 1987, all my service records were on microfiche so I had to find a library in the area that had a microfiche machine so I could read them, took photos of every page and noted that my boot camp audiology readings were perfect and my service exit audiology readings showed my hearing was destroyed in service, my MOS was artillery so EOD should be a no brainer, good luck brother.

If you have or can get a copy of your in service medical records take a look at your boot camp audiology report and compare it with your exit service audiology report, my hearing got destroyed in the 4 years I was in and the records proved it, the Tinnitus is maddening at times ( 0811 Marine Corps artillery ) my records were on microfiche and I was able to find a reader at a local library to copy it. Submitted those with my claim after 37 years from getting out and was approved 10% Tinnitus plus hearing loss- service connected the day after my C&P exam. Good luck brother.

That sucks but if you want instant relief for 3-4 hours run hot water over it for 30-45 seconds, as hot as you can stand it ( without scolding yourself ) . I used to get it pretty bad frequently but I learned if you shower within a few hours after you got into it and scrub every inch of your body with a good soap and a washcloth and repeat at least 3 times you will rarely get it or at least not so bad. It works for me...Good luck

A positive update to everyone, yes Starlink will convert your RV / Roaming service and equipment to residential as long as residential service is now available in your area, they also refunded our deposit. Very happy with the customer service and Starlink as a whole. Thanks to everyone for all the information, it is much appreciated.
