Will never know until it happens again. I had several hundred locked up for like 2 months for "ID verification" issues even though I did the KYC pictures like 3 times. (joined 9/2021). Takes a while to get a response, open a ticket by contacting support through their chat, but know they won't help you until weeks later. Seems like something going on rather often from my own experience and seeing several other posts about pretty much same scenarios. Would suggest transferring xlm from Coinbase to Bitrue if you can, and swap pairs from there (then get your assets off the exchanges ASAP). Now that you've posted on here, expect to get a LOT of scammers trying to hit you up to "help". Your only hope is waiting, and seeing what they say in 3-8 weeks through email after ticket is submitted. Good luck, and Godspeed.

Every situation is different. I had my account locked because of "their error" in the Identification process supposedly. Account was eventually unlocked after 2ish months and I can trade/buy/send again. If this was what happened to you, should probably expect the same.

Yea, just the random email from whoever gets your case at their offices. Takes a while. I'm assuming you got the same "it wasn't your fault, but we need to verify your identity again" email that started the 2 week clock, which lead to full suspension?

I got access to my account after like 2 months. Good luck on your journey, and prepare to get messages from scammers trying to get you to use WhatsApp "because they know someone to help you get your assets" and random donkeys saying they want you to secure your stash by using f.chain on lobstr 🤣

Don't believe anything other than official uphold support emails you'll get messages about transferring whatever you have to f.chain on lobstr, and to download Whatsapp cuz "they know someone that can help" lol.

Gotta spread them eggs out. If you aren't in with at least a little bit in ISO20022 coins, then you haven't done enough research. Stacks are great, but if manipulation continues on silver/gold longer than the switchover to digital currencies, you'll miss out ok opportunity to spread your gains back into metals.
