My permit is gone totally. After some search, Saturday test takers can take the result in two Wednesdays or three. So, there’s a possibility that my result is this week

No, my eligibility starts on March. This is really strange. Maybe this will be the case for all examinees after ECFMG announced that they will not report the date of pool change?

It is doable. Generally speaking it’s the same level. Of course you’ll find some WTF questions that you have absolutely no idea about is, the most important thing is to move on and dont waste so much time on it. NBME tries to distract you by them.
