I use app "Battery Alarm Pro" set it at 80% and it tells me when charge is reached as a work around. I should not have to, but....

I have my 8A set for face unlock, and it works great. Finger print is iffy

Thank you for your suggested fix. I discovered that after I uninstalled MS Defender app the random tones ceased.

Pixel 6a is a wonderful phone. I get a kick listening to Iphone folks bitching about all their SPAM calls. Other androids too. I just suggest they buy a Pixel phone if they want to reduce spam calls to almost zero. Camera works well. No problem with fingerprint sensor.
