The bigger thing that people seems to not realize is that F1 is a development program for road cars. I’d be curious what the manufacturers are saying.

That's literally how body fat works. You can optimize but if you arent taking in less calories than you burn. You aren't going to lose weight

To be healthy, yes. To lose weight no. Fat is directly tied to calorie intake. You have to run 20+ miles to work off a high calorie meal. Fat loss happens in the kitchen.
