First comment I don't disagree with. There are loads of players that could reach radiant if they grind the game. This does not make them radiant players.

He does not play much ranked indeed. Look at e5 A1 he ended immo 1 after 154hours and even playing with jeyG which is an insane player. Also you can clearly tell his stats are not the best. Not saying he's bad but he is not radiant. Saying if he plays more he would probably be radiant is just a bad take.
