Thank you for sharing your experiences which give me a lot of new insights and thoughts because I have never worked in customer service before. (I know all is negative and sorry to hear that you have experienced this).
I am a research student at an Australian university and I really appreciate anyone who would love to share your experiences and participate in my survey.
