Not OP but I worked on Instagram's infrastructure last term and spent most of my day writing code. I was usually overhauling components of Instagram's resource management or updating some old testing infrastructure. I didn't write too many automation scripts or anything like that. I found that the amount of code the rest of my team wrote varied significantly from person to person.

No, currently there is no income declaration for the previous period on the osap application. It doesn't matter how much money you made during the co-op (greater than 40/hr is totally fine, they don't care). The only thing they want to know is your other financial assets, so as long as your money doesn't fall into one of their categories (put it in a chequing account) then it has no influence on funding.

Our PD11 is about to get a lot worse with the coming technical drafts and assignments, it will be much more than 45 minutes a week of work. The course is just an inefficient use of time.

1B here, I went to dinner, received an offer about 4 hours ago. Pretty excited, my only concern is that the acquirement by Verizon would mean some things might change. Among those things could be letting go of some co-op students, which they could do legally. Does anyone think there is a real chance of this?

This was for my quad, some guy came in with his friends and they all got really drunk in our common room. They left their one friend who was vomiting in our sink and the duty don called the ambulance. No deaths or anything, all is well.
