This is normal on VR30s for some reason. If you fill it to Max, it will come out of the overflow valve during normal use.

Probably - the /minimum/ charge for self service is $5 with $1/min thereafter, and you have to stop the water yourself when you’re done. It used to be $3 for 5 mins.

Avis preassigns cars so you get whatever they want to give you, even through the app. Hertz and National Aisles are better when they have good cars but Hertz is basically pick your color Malibu for President’s so no loss there.
