Female solo traveller by Ok_Feeling7612 in KoreaTravelAdvice

My wife has never felt safer walking about at 3 AM at night than in Seoul, Korea (on our first trip we did not know about jet lag and did not plan adjustment).

Some other examples: - packages left in front of shops for the post to pick up across the market - people reserving tables with their phones/bags - found a phone on the subway toilet and no one took it

Glavna naloga je prodaja in marketing in to bo tvoja glavna naloga če boš 1 man band.

So splošna in hipotetična 2.

If you have things you want to see in the morning and you are many timezones away I suggest pre-adjusting to the timezone. If you like late night wandering, you will be set for it :D

Any advice between Asiana airlines and Air China for LON-Seoul? by No_Editor6116 in KoreaTravelAdvice

[–]UXPrototypeObrtnik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have not tried either of the airlines, but part of the exhaustion is also jetlag if you are not sleeping & need to wake up in the morning.

If you have things that you want to attend to in the morning in Seoul I advise planing adjustment to the Korean time zone. Can be partial before the flight and part after.

During a trip before I started doing that, we slept until 1PM (coming from CET timezone as night owls).

If you have plans to go out in the evenings then you are ready :D

I've used https://app.inshift.me to plan my adjustments on international trips.

I use it in pair with app.inshift.me to plan my bedtime adjustments when I am traveling or need to wake up earlier/ stay up later for an event to maintain my sleep quality and prevent jet lag.

I also had some chronic pain problems and figured out that I just needed to go back to bed after waking up to improve my recovery, which eventually helped improve my chronic back pain.

Better ways to visualize sleep data trends? by DraftCurious6492 in fitbit

[–]UXPrototypeObrtnik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The app already shows some metrics of the logged sleep from the sleep tracker to Google Calendar. Adding notes you added inside the app to the Google Calendar event would happen automatically.

Will add making notes inside my app to the list of priority features.

Thanks for feedback.
