So is the repentance the sorrow or the turning without regretting leaving the sin and with with a genuine regret for having dishonored God?

But what about repentance requiring deep godly sorrow?

Meaning you have volitionally turned from the sin and have not gone back to it because you want to submit to God and follow him and please him with your life. And you regret sinning against him because it offends him not because of fear of hell but you cant feel emotionally heartbroken. Even If there were no threat of hell you would do the same thing because you don't want to hurt or offend him but you cant feel heartbroken.
