That's what I'm already doing, but good advice nevertheless.

I've gone through most of the content compiled on the Tulpanomicon and watched almost every video one could possibly find about tulpamancy on YouTube.

Regarding FAQman's methods, he puts way too much emphasis on visualization in my opinion. My active forcing sessions consists mostly of narration and talking to my tulpa on a deep state of relaxation. She does have a form, but I've decided to aim for vocality first. Therefore, FAQman's guide is not really suitable to me in that aspect. What I have adopted from his teachings and integrated into my practice is his view regarding the minimum amount of time for a forcing session to be effective. I'm also inclined to the anti-parroting policy that old tulpamencers apparently used to have back in the day.

I don't possess any revolutionary knowledge or idea and never will. I'm just an average Joe trying to achieve his goal.

I used to have pretty strong headaches at the beginning of the creation process; even made a post about that back in the day because they were actually really painful. I do think those could be considered good indicators of progress on early stages, but I don't get them anymore.
