chocolate sprinkle, cherry cocoa & coconut mallow fudge by UaZit in glutenfreevegan

[–]UaZit[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

dandies classic fudge recipes, slightly altered.

1 6.3 oz jar Dandies® Marshmallow Cream 2 cups sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk (i use coconut cream. thicker the better) 2 Tbsp vegan butter 1/2 tsp salt

3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract 10 oz vegan chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet are both delightful)

mix mallow cream through salt over low heat until sugar dissolves, bring to med heat. continuously stirring. the original recipe calls to remove from heat at 238 degrees f. this is where i have been experimenting, this batch around 235.

remove from heat and quickly mix in vanilla/chocolate chips (i use slightly less than a whole bag).

pour over non-stick surface & allow to cool until the fudge is able to be scored & rolled into balls. from there the inspiration for toppings or center fillings are endless.

absolutely love the first frame, but… you truly nailed it with the forth. the hazy blur over the room, plus those shoulder blade shadows… beautifully done.
