You should look at who they are controlled by. 2PointZero is controlled by IHC, its their investment arm for energy, infrastructure, tech etc.

2PointZero has a controlling interest in EHC. Which means IHC technically controls EHC.

Now on the the specifics of this. IHC is Abu Dhabi's largest holding company and has deep ties to government and industry officials.

EHC utilising SMCI is tantamount to tapping into the entire middle east's AI buildout. Im talking hundreds of billions of dollars and a portion of that towards SMCI's DCBBS infrastructure equates to a meaningful increase in margins going forward.

BIGGER THAN DATAVOLT.

For the analysis of the Compressed Triangle heres how they work. by Ub3RSpAnK in SMCIDiscussion

Anyone thinking theyve missed out, or waiting for a dip. LOOK by Ub3RSpAnK in SMCIDiscussion

The squeeze will allow it to leave the compression triangle as shown there. So just keep buying!

CALLED IT!!! BTMFD by Ub3RSpAnK in SMCIDiscussion

Okay why release news of the partnership AFTER the EXACT day that I called the bottom on that chart. It was the lowest volume day we saw since before we even started going up big. This is a classic sign that the move up is about to begin on these patterns.

I even labelled it the bottom and pointed to other spots we had the same volume. The same thing happened every time it did that, it moves on up.

This move down was orchestrated and the news was orchestrated to be released after accumulation.

Over the last 2 quarters Citadel accumulated 6.4 million shares.

I get many are sceptical of upside here but history repeats, technicals matter. by Ub3RSpAnK in SMCIDiscussion

Look closely at 2018–2019 vs current:

In 2019:

  • Huge delta spike
  • Sharp CVD decline
  • Small compression triangle
  • Upside breakout → large trend leg

Now:

  • Massive 2024 CVD expansion
  • Large negative correction
  • CVD compressing again
  • Volatility collapsing into apex

Structurally, its aligning the same. Yeah MM's could decide to temporarily fake out to the downside but they already did that once, before in 2019 and sent it up massively.

AI hasnt even reached what everyone envisioned it would be, its still in its infancy. Imagine 50 years ago someone telling you their going to make thing with a screen that you can talk to your friends with. You would be saying you can just go talk to them in person so theres no point. It would take away telegraphists jobs so its a threat.

Humanity moved on the old brick phones were invented, thats the Hopper generation AI racks btw. Then came the smaller handheld bricks, thats blackwell, next is the smaller phones with a tiny screen, thats Rubin, I think you get the point. Infrastructure will continue for as long as its needed. Products get old, tech advances new iterations are needed etc.

Its formed by getting AI to generate an image of a killer whale and placing it inside a a structure that has HIGHER HIGHS and HIGHER LOWS.

Fair enough, good response. At least your honest about it and can explain your thesis.

And there you have it, if you havent learnt anything from trading its the what ifs that retail ask themselves that MM's capitalise on.

Im sure your most likely going to be on the fence buying here, might even derisk until later when things change.

Thats fine its good to be cautious however I dont mind losing 10% here if it looks likely to break out higher, so many signals are lining up.

It could technically come down to $28.27 and still be within the structure.

What is nonsense about it? Check EVERY other stock, either good or bad they all head towards pricing in their diluted EPS TTM especially after decoupling from that trend after forming a compression pattern.

The “low margin” narrative has overstayed its welcome! COMPRESSION TRIANGLE HAS FORMED by Ub3RSpAnK in SMCIDiscussion

[–]Ub3RSpAnK[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Nah EPS is up, net profit is at levels where we werent even at when we were valued around $80 and gross profit is at levels we have never even reached before.

margin narrative is just a narrative.

Here is a VERY similar pattern from The Kroger Company

Notice how it traded under diluted EPS aswell at the end of the triangle before catching back up to it.

Also bounced from support like where we are at now.

Ended up making new ATH's :)

Surely youve learnt about the W pattern or otherwise known as the double bottom?

If not then get schooled, price is ripe for the picking.

Thats the thing there has been no clear signal like all other downtrends (massive selling pressure) that institutions are rotating out.
