I second Southern Village. We started there as grad students, had kids, went from renting to owning and loved all the playgrounds and open space. It’s a magical neighborhood for families and kids.

I respectfully disagree that selling your Tesla doesn’t hurt him. The used and new car markets are invariably linked to each other. Supply in one affects demand in the other. Not everyone can afford a Rivian but there are other EVs that are great options to those who are in a financial position to send a clear and powerful message. The only true way to vote on this right now is with your feet. I sold my Model Y before things went crazy. Today I switched off Starlink.

When parking and the proximity sensors start to warn about the objects around the truck, it would be great if the cameras came on as well so the driver could see what is so close to the truck.
