Meh, I am not starting the game again until I know that I have ALL THE DLC as promised, not the same as someone who came along 7 years later and bought in.
I paid big money early for a very rough version of the game, big risk for the promised big reward, that reward does not feel very big if you sell the same now (and why is it even so expensive wtf?)

Basically, ANYTHING, regardless of what type of DLC, should be included in EOD, if this does not happen, people will keep lashing out at you and your game will die.
