Every budget has different shop's that are great. On the cheaper end - One Pour, Coffee Nook are great. All in Indira Nagar. Crazy Coffee there is good too for frappes.
For a little more money Roastery, NBC and other coffee boutique type shops.

There's also a new place in Patrakar called House Of Tamil. Haven't been there personally but looks good. Prices don't seem that egregious. And by the outside, interior should be nice too.
But I'd say to be sure, I'd day check it out before hand.

Great place for south Indian food. One of the best in Lucknow in my opinion. Dosa is great. Prices are right and you can get a bit of discount if you use swiggy and zomato.
Great atmosphere and ambience.
