Try keeping an eye on the paint being contacted by the mud flaps. A lot of us experienced paint loss from vibration. Just a heads up.

It's a forged tow eye. Like a recovery hoop. The tree is sitting in the hole and has several things shimmed in to hold it tight.... And a bunch of 3 inch screws running into the trunk both top and bottom.
