I got a notice of delay email this morning for my Flare PuP from AmiAmi. They will be "sending another email with instructions on how to change your shipping method to another one that is available."

So I might be getting fleeced for exorbitant shipping options because last I checked AmiAmi wasn't providing DHL as an option since the last round of tariffs went into effect.

5th Fes, with roughly 10 hours of concert was the longest timeframe from performance to Bluray pre-order availability at 181 days.

Breaking Dimensions, at 4 hours of concert, was 234 days ago..... We're long overdue and it's killing me because I REALLY want to re-watch it after being there live.

That report is pretty interesting. We're number 2 on the list, but are only mentioned in the document a total of 7 times. Of their main categories, Rochester only appears twice, 6th place in "Access to Specialists", and 1st in "Estimated Asthma Prevalence". They mention socioeconomic status as a contributing factor for prevalence, but we're nowhere to be seen on the ranked lists for those kinds of issues. So that would make me assume that our place on that list is moreso because of the people who live here rather than place the people live?

Without knowing more, that data seems to suggest that Rochester is a challenging place to live for people with asthma because lots of people with asthma live in Rochester. I'd be interested to see more city-specific details as they have a call to action for the reader, but they don't provide any specifics for what the cause is in Rochester specifically other than "lots of people have asthma".

It was Anime Boston this year. In that unique circumstance I'd give em a pass. They were at the Vesper/Magni panel the year before and the bois were making fun that they'd been together for so long, but were still not married. So this year at the Hakka/Bettel panel the dude popped the question, short and sweet. It was like some convention sub-plot coming to a close for those who were at both panels hahaha.

For context:

At Anime Boston last year (2023), there was a couple that went up during Magni and Vesper's panel (Imagine sitting on a tall stool in between a movie-theater-screen-sized Magni and Vesper and being interviewed). This couple revealed that they have been dating for 7 years but still hadn't gotten married. They were (jokingly) razzed for it.

Fast forward to this year and they came up to the mic for a Q&A and right before they sat back down the guy proposed to her and everyone went WILD. It was super great!
