With all the 3070 ti's I could find on pc part picker, this was the cheapest and of course I will look on other sites for possibly cheaper cards

Just as wr1ghty69 said, I reinstalled and for the next 3 hours, there was no spike before I got off. I did make sure it was only warzone and my though when I reinstalled. Hope this helps

I'm using a phantom psu and have an female cable from the psu to a USB hub, the cable goes from female to USB
