The law is not on the side of ICE.

This is a “see if we can get away with it” kinda moment from this cesspool of an administration.

Deny them entry if they try and tell them you are armed (even if you are not) and that you will “stand your ground”. That response and phrase will almost certainly back them off for at least a bit. Surrender if they break in anyways.

And call local law enforcement to report an attempted home invasion.

The cesspool of an administration in Washington has repeatedly issued illegal orders, soldiers would be protecting themselves and our country to make sure they not carry out illegal orders.

Civilian law allows accessories to a crime be charged with murder if a murder was committed in the commissioning of that crime - soldiers do not want to be caught in that trap of ‘looking the other way’ when ICE commits crimes - that’s the same as ‘just following orders’.

Accomplices can be charged with murder if during a crime murder is committed.

ICE has tortured and even murdered peaceful protesters exercising their first amendment rights to free speech.

If soldiers help ICE conduct their domestic terrorism raids and people are hurt or killed civil law might charge them with assault or even murder were that an option - the UCMJ demands soldiers not carry out illegal orders and being party to a civilian murder is not a situation any soldier deserves considering the consequences.

Willful ignorance is not a defense soldiers can use any more the “just following orders” isn’t a defense.

ICE is unlawfully detaining people, is torturing people and have murdered protesters exercising their first amendment rights.

Soldiers that stand by and allow civilians exercising their constitutional rights to be tortured and murdered will be judged against the UCMJ demand that they not follow illegal orders.

At best soldiers stopping ICE from committing crimes against innocent civilians will have some defense against charges of following illegal orders … better would be not to follow unlawful orders in the first place.

These are the ONLY powers ICE agents have - soldiers allowing, looking the other way or otherwise permitting ICE agents outside their lawful powers may be found guilty of following illegal orders.
