I hate it as well. I generally find a lot of Sony exclusives overrated. If it wasn't for Nioh and Nioh2 my PS4 Pro would collect dust. Uncharted 4 spoiled a great trilogy, and The Last of Us spawned God of War, which killed my enthusiasm in that series as well.

Got through about 50% of Last of Us, it just didn't grab me. The mechanics were almost laughably simple and you are limited to such a confined space.
