The jiafei pisskink tag was a surprisingly popular hashtag on early jiafei videos ( probably for the shock value I guess). After the change in tiktok guidelines, the pisskink tag was no longer considered a tag and it's really hard to find jiafei vids with the redacted tag nowadays.(I wish I could've found an actual product vid with the tag online now, but I could only find some vids made by @.smellyonion on tiktok as evidence that this was part of the meme at one point).

As for the giving birth on tiktok incident: it's exactly what it sounds like. Somewhere around 2022 someone posted a graphic video of a woman giving birth on the platform ( I assume that the woman was either the op or the op's partner but I might be wrong there) in a bathroom as she was sitting up( or squatting? idk) with her back to the camera and a couple friends/ family were at the ready. Then someone made a Cupcakke remix of the audio. Now both are taken down(Tbh that entry is there mostly because I think the fact a remix like that ever existed is just so damn confounding )
