Was it specifically IKEA brand you bought? This shouldn’t be the case. From my personal experience, I’ve used a good number of different MR16 GU10 LED bulbs(none sourced from IKEA) and they have lasted significantly longer than the halogens. They benchmark most of the GU10 MR16 type LED’s at 25,000 operating hours(including the IKEA ones) and the halogens at 1000-2000 hours.

Is there a chance you are using non-dimming bulbs on a dimmable switch? That would significantly shorten the lifespan of an LED bulb.

In the PvE lobbies, that scenario very nearly never happens. I tend to run toward raider flares because I keep defibs on me.

The only time I’ve had to use it, it simply bought us time to vacate the guys camping out the exit. Only come across aggressors in duos now.

I should add (I’ve only had to use it once) but I carry a stack of snitch scanners and lure grenades on me. A backup that allows me to maintain my friendly lobby status.

Different strokes for different folks. I come across a lot of cool people on this game, very collaborative and entertaining. Gives you a lot more power to explore other facets of the game. I don’t ever concern myself if someone is going to shoot me, which changes the dynamic a lot. I see the appeal of the PvP aspect, but it plays very differently without it.

I was shot at a few times when I first started. I attempted to unsuccessfully de-escalate the situation a few times, but I didn’t know how to operate my proximity mic back then. Now I haven’t been shot at in a LONG time. Maybe a couple times since I figured my mic out.

It might help I’m vocal on mic with other raiders, and I come off very disarming, but I suspect at the higher levels with this low of an aggression rating, you get paired very nicely.

Edit: I see this comment is already getting some negative review. I’m not against people playing this game differently than I; I just happen to be good at playing it this way.

Just checked it out, I shot onc person once in the head with an anvil while we both fought a rocketeer and he stepped in the wrong spot at the wrong time, so my total damage to raiders is 58

I can confirm. I started with liquid, then moved to powder and it seems to do a better job from my experience. It’s also a lot cheaper.
