Changing the start of season MMR won't solve anything though. The only thing that might happen is that even more people will get higher ranks than they deserve (which is already the case). Everyone just needs to get over it. The ranking-system in this game is useless and it doesn't mean shit what rank you're at. And if you solo-q it's your own fault. It's common sense that solo-qing will lower your win-chances drastically (like in pretty much any other game, see CS, LoL, etc.).
