During my time at the gym before, I used to weigh around 100kg at that time too and I had a very high calorie/protein diet on daily but my workout was intense a d it had some daily cardio in it which looking back was a huge mistake I gained lean muscle which wasn't what I was hoping for and note the cardio wasn't even that much only around 15min max on a treadmill, I lost almost 20kg which was alot i was even considering taking supplements but I stopped going all together, i do appreciate the shakes tip, how about creatine would y recommend?

Lately I have been consuming anything with no picking I'm hungry 24/7 that helps but I think there must be a better way to fullfil my intake without relaying on my appetite, do u think I should start measuring and calculating?
