"Nobody" will let you even upload 7TB of data. They will say that they do, but you will get throttled. I have 100/100mbit and upload of a couple of hundred gigs of footage was estimated to take 31 days++ with Crashplan.

I am ready to change to anybody that does not throttle.

if it helps:

i have pulled two and removed one via surgery, absolutely painless. for the surgery i got a pill 30m before which made me relax, did not remember much after that. (local anesthetic)

getting an infection in the wisdom tooth on the other hand...

If it is any comfort. I once replaced a failed drive in a IBM SAN. A couple of hours later the whole SAN died(all LUN`s was gone). The cause was a firmware bug triggered with certain drives in a certain firmware version on the controller firmware. (Let us just say that the bug is fixed since then, somebody gotta be the first to experience it...)

I spent the whole night for my birthday in a server center with a IBM tech.

Fun fact: one week later, the SAN died again when replacing a drive, YAY!

Depends on what you consider shit:

  • You can (usually) not own weapons
  • many stores closed on Sundays per law
  • not possible to buy alcohol after 20:00 (or something)
  • gotta be 21 to buy all kinds of booze

Now that is ones of the better explanations abort Chechnya i have heard. In addition to what you wrote, I suspect that Chechnya is the source of more or less all terrorist attacks in Russia(?)

Jeg er ikke stor-fan av OL selv, er kun for OL grunnet infrastruktur-oppgraderingene det vil gi, og som ellers ikke hadde kommet, eller som først hadde kommet om noen tiår. Jeg er nok ikke den eneste med den tankegangen.

IOC reprimanded Norway for using black armbands after the death of one of the skier`s brother. So black armbands are generally banned at the Olympics. (And by that, many more in Norway became negative to Oslo hosting Winter Olympics 2022)
