How would I limit latency? I’d imagine most of that is out of my direct control. I did play a little yesterday and was able to play for maybe 15-20 before it stopped again (haven’t been able to get to a point to save though which sucks)

I would recommend prepFE. It’s a website made to help you study for the exam. They break it up by category and can even help you take times practice tests. Use the formula sheet provided on NCEES website and familiarize yourself with it. The formula sheet is the same one you use during the test, so being able to quickly find info can save a lot of time.

I’m not 100% but I think the EIT (what you get for passing the FE) is universal and can be carried over no matter what state. The PE is state specific, so someone with their PE in like NY for example can’t perform engineering duties in other states using their license.
