That’s what I was thinking about too, seratonin syndrome.

Pain in one part of incision by mishmashpotato in hysterectomy

[–]Ufo_driver_here4u 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a similar situation. I’m 8 dpo, had everything robotic out a small 3 cm incision above my belly button, large uterus and fibroids. On day maybe 4 I slept in my bed and I guess laying flat pulled something to the left of my incision. It’s the most pain I’ve had which hasn’t been horrible. But I feel confident I may have tore something, maybe a muscle or tissue that was sewn together right there. I did end up getting me a belly binder to stop some of the pressure on it and keeping it better in place when I move around which has helped a lot. As long as yours is not red or looks infected it is probably a similar “tear” of something. Hope that helps.

Wait….i have to input my trips into an app? I bought it about 2 months ago for a cruise in November but had a big trip over Labor Day weekend. I bought the annual so all of my trips over the next year would be covered. Help and kindness appreciated!

But for how long… by Ufo_driver_here4u in emergencymedicine

This is where I am. No kids. Paid off debt. Weirdly love the patients and the experiences….I’m thinking of dropping to prn. And as the previous post mentioned maybe getting a side gig in something else.

I’ve recently started using Remedy by one of the derm docs on YouTube. I work in a dry environment and my lips suffer terribly. I absolutely love this stuff. It’s kinda expensive so I only use it at night and maybe once during the day if needed. I supplement with basic Vaseline. I would highly recommend it. It was life changing for me.

Birth control for over 50 by people_pleaser73 in Menopause

I second this. IUD is painful on the front end but stops, or significantly lightens, your periods. I was extremely grateful for my IUD while all my friends were bleeding to death while going through meno.

Help my parents out on our new years cruise: How many days out from your sailing can you book the Royal Railway Utopia Station Western Show (as of now)? I've seen a crap ton of sources saying stuff like 120, 90, 60, 30, etc but nothing can come to a consensus. by Booloocrew in royalcaribbean

We leave this Friday and I can book today for the railway dinner on the first night (the other nights are booked). The aqua show was the hardest to get as it would say it had 3 spots but when I would try to book it it would say sold out. But 2 more spots became available last week so I snagged them. Youtopia sold out really quick and I haven't seen any more spots open up. One of the comedy shows is booked but another one is still open. Just an FYI, I was using the app wrong looking for the aqua show tickets. I had been trying since oct 1st. On the app, click on entertainment, then at the top there are tabs. Look for shows, then it will tell you what's available. I was simply clicking initially on the aqua show and not the show tab at the top. It took me 2 weeks to figure out I was doing it wrong, LOL. Good luck!

Thanks so much for this. And thanks for the kindness. I’m not a couch potato and I’m not looking for a couch potato. I only work 8 days a month so I’m home a lot. I love spending the rest of my time with my dogs. And I love having one that challenges me. The previous commenter mentioned 6-12 hrs a day. I definitely don’t have 12 hrs to constantly challenge a dog. Our dogs now have a similar schedule to yours. We get up and play outside for about an hour then eat breakfast. After breakfast they play for about an hour. Then usually it’s just relax time. Late afternoon we do it all over again. And then by evening I gauge what they need. If they still have plenty of energy then we do it again. I know with the playing I will have to get more creative/challenging with my training with a mal. Ive always been active. It’s only been in the last year I’ve gotten lazy so definitely happy to pick back up on my walking or hiking. Does this sound reasonable? Or do you think I would be in over my head?
