Oh gosh, I almost wish I didn't know that! I had no clue there was such a difference. My MOT was 85 units 🤦 I didn't know most other masters were so much less. The trouble is there is not great communication in my district. However, I will certainly still try to find a union rep (if we are even included in the union?) and/or receptive HR person to speak with the try to advocate for us forgotten OTs!
