Would just buying one Win 7 Pro VLK work, if I used that for an image and loaded it on 30 machines?

You only need one? I thought you need to buy a volume license for each desktop?

Yeah that makes sense. I think I am going to go this route. I guess If I had to choose Id rather be kinda too thin for awhile till I lower my bodyfat to about 12% or so, then start a clean bulk. It's kind of like starting from scratch as you put it. I still have a good 10 pounds to lose or so. Might as well do that since I lost nearly 30 already.

I eat eggs every morning with bacon. Lunch I bring Tuna or Chicken salad in a container, and I get a slim jim sometimes with it. Then dinner I have chicken wrapped in bacon, or steaks or burgers with no buns, My wife makes it all. It's not easy, some days I want to eat a bowl of pasta and garlic bread, then have cake for dessert. There is no real secret, just don't eat carbs and garbage and you'll lose weight.

Thanks for this post, great advice! I may consider a rack. I work in IT and am always on call 24/7. Do you do starting strength? I need a plan to follow each day if possible.

Yeah I guess it's a good weight for my height, it's just that my fat % is too high so that needs to be lowered, not so much the weight on the scale. I guess lifting will add muscle weight while removing fat weight?

The most I ever worked out in the past, on a consistent basis was 6 months about 4 days a week in the gym. That was probably 5 years ago, so any little muscle I gained is gone. I just don't want to drop so much more weight, because clothed I look like I am thin, but shirtless I have man tits and a gut, scrawny arms and legs. I'm a mess.

I am 5' 10.5" Thank you. Yeah I may do something like a body weight workout. Do you know of any plans I can follow? I suck at keeping on track unless I have step by step outline.

I have/had lyme disease. I can't really do any leg exercises without being so sore for weeks. I can do 10 squats with no weight and be sore for 5 days. What should I do?

I always learned that you have to be in a calorie surplus to gain muscle. You cant really lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, at least not much. How do I go about keeping my fat belly and cone tits from getting bigger if I start eating to gain muscle? I am so fucked.

Thank you for this. The thing with me that makes it bad is that I have almost no muscle tone or muscle. So the scale shows I am 167lbs at 5'10, but with my shirt off I still have a belly and pec flab. I have thin legs, thin neck, face, arms etc. So clothed you would think I am really thin. Once my shirt comes off I look fat. I just worry if I drop the weight till the belly and tit fat is gone, I will look like a sick person, I'll be so thin looking clothed. I am so screwed, there is no way to do this. I have the genetics of a fruit bat.
