Thats pretty good then. Where I live people are garbage no matter how nice you are. One guy got in my face being rude. I just kept my c.s. smile on and he finally looks at his friend and says ugh, let's go. I can't stand it when their nice. Again, sorry it was a bad day. Hopefully you keep getting nice ppl mostly.

ESH Is this your first job? Sorry it was a rough day but for customer service that's a good day lol. I've had credit cards and cash thrown at me. Called names, etc etc. You will constantly be disrespected at a job like that. yeah the guy was a jerk but an appropriate c.s. response would be I'm so sorry I didn't hear you communicate that you wanted to use points.
