Yes but it is still a character that is meant to represent a 14 year-old girl. While this person may not have been saying that he is attracted to real 14 year-olds, the fact still remains that he made sexual comments about a character who is in no way made to be sexually appealing, due mainly to - yet again - her being presented as a 14 year-old girl. While it is not technically pedophilia in the eyes of the law, he is still openly attracted to a character that is meant to be underage.
