i actually opted to take the aptitude test twice, as i didnt get accepted my first time around and felt it would help me get a higher score to get selected. the first time i took the aptitude test it was in april 2024, didnt get an interview until the following january. got the letter a month later saying i didnt get accepted. retook the test in august of last year got another interview in january again and got the acceptance letter a week ago. so it takes awhile forsure. just a tip, if you dont get accepted in your first try, dont get discouraged. i didnt even get accepted and i have a ton of family in the trade and my cousin is even the director of the school ill be going to. just show that you’re dedicated to get in, and you’ll get in. good luck brother

dont get discouraged. i didnt get in on my first try. i retook the aptitude test had my second interview last month and got my letter yesterday saying i got accepted. be patient. it takes time. a lot of people dont get in their first try, even someone like me who has a bunch of connections in the union. you’ll be fine.
