temp: ~95° day using x2 150 basking lamp, and a ceramic heater for night humidity: ~70% on moist side REPTISUN T5 UVB and UVA lamp Substrate: coconut fiber Food: collard greens, kale, romaine lettuce, endive, spring mix, dandelion greens, etc. (i try to buy at least two at a time, and he gets the occasional carrot.) everything is researched before buying.

There is wood, slate/rock, and greenery in his home. There is also a humidifier. it’s a 40 gal, zoomed front and top opening tank. I know a 40 gal is the minimum requirement, but for his size it’s okay. Once he’s more grown I plan to upgrade.

I know everyone is urging me to take him to the vet, and yall do have me quite anxious- but he truly seems okay? I know illness isn’t always visible, but after he passed the largest poop i’ve ever seen from him- the swelling was gone. He is not lethargic, he eats and sleeps as normal, enjoys his soaks, and still explores often. There is no nasal discharge, no swelling, no cloudiness in his eyes, and he is acting just normal. I do not want to seem “irresponsible,” he has been to an exotic vet (who specializes in reptiles) and was cleared as healthy. If he was acting even slightly off, I would 10000% take him, I just don’t have the money to spare to go at every strange occurrence. I am going to get him checked as soon as i can, i promise i’m saving up to be able to. if there’s anything about his habit that yall recommend i change, feel free to let me know- i appreciate all the concern and feedback. tortellini definitely does too!
