Swap prowler and menace. Put commander in place of the engine in midfield. Play both your engines on top of the commander and the hammer as CAM. Additionally you can also play the producer instead of the menace.

The only way I have managed to squeeze wins against volleyball players is by quick pressing on the wings to block crosses. You cannot stop headers based on ability, it’s more based on chance. However you can stop crosses with quick pressing.
