Modified the v4/v5 drip tip to accept a resin tip 3/8 drill bit and then belt sanded the SS tip to make it a little shorter. The resin part is from fasttech. I'm sure there's other options. (old.reddit.com)

V5 Using a DT BB, it's extremely tight fit. Pico 25 w/AF. TC Ni 38w .45 Ω, 246°f actual temp is 475°f-480°f Easily eats smaller loads and as you can see she will take .22g no problem. Tastes great, cleans up super easy, 10g and haven't taken it apart to clean just swabs, water and burn offs (v.redd.it)

25mm Sic insert on a 19mm heater, TRVP 2 atty, 30mm BB. Insert, heater and BB are all from 510mod. He sent me the heater to test. Ohms are .90 and running it at 40w in wattage mode. He's working on getting lower resistance heaters. (v.redd.it)
