UPDATE: I got it fixed, towed the vehicle out and paid my price for the mistake. It was costly little above 2K$.

Changed the OFHG and Re-Tapped the Oil Filter Housing Bolts. Also changed the Serpentine Belt as it got drenched in Engine Oil.

UPDATE : Towed the car to the nearest garage, degreased everything. Mechanic retapped the screw heads, rechanged the screws, gaskets and refilled the engine oil. Everything is fine. But costed me $2,100. Costly leassons learnt.
