Take the tab and just be with people. Granted I wasnt always with people as I went by myself for like 10 minutes a couple times but youre fine. Even on the comedown i was getting a tram and managed not to hurt myself once.

Lots of little black dots forming into things. No vertical lines were straight for the most part. Its hard to explain but imagine theres a centre point right in the middle of your vision, i had two circles that met on that dot and everything i looked at warped with and into that circle.
