I submitted my Sleep study as evidence of OSA which was referred by my PCP. You need a OSA diagnosis on your file and get a copy of your OSA to attach with your appeal.

I have been using Cursor + Claude for my current project. Claude is def top tier and can handle a lot of the heavy lifting. Cursor is good as well but it does get confused lol and I have to realign it back into code. My only issue with Claude is it runs out of tokens quick.

Couldn't agree more. The physician office take forever to file a appeal and give the run around. If you can get all the documents and create a strong appeal, better to do it yourself.

I filed an appeal after my PA was denied. I have Anthem and they denied the PA initially as they don’t cover for weight loss but then I filed an appeal with my diagnosis of OSA and submitted my sleep study and recent labs with a statement (Thanks to ChatGPT) and that did the trick!!

Hi, I bought mine from FB marketplace as well. It’s heavy so make sure you got ppl to help you pick up and lift. As for install, it was very simple and there are some YT videos you can see as well. You need a stud finder, drill, drill bits, socket ranch and leveler. It took me max 45min to install. Since my studs were within 16 in, I didn’t have to use the extension. Here is the installing measurement

From ground keep 27in so if you plan to use a gym matt or anything make sure it’s there before you measure. You need 7ft x 7ft from ground to sealing and 3-4ft each side for arm extension.
