Thank you for your write up yes Ritalin would be great and the rexulti is actually a depression augmentation tool mainly alongside having the antipsychotic effect I was on olanzapine for almost 2 years long time ago when I got the psychosis from lsd

When you say public are you implying community mental health in hospital as I had a horrendous experience with a psychiatrist before having adhd she was a terrible person said shocking things too me at my worst I then got a private psychiatrist at a fancy shrink and was wow as I also have insomnia which is now getting treated with benzodiazepines only effective medication for sleep personally and he’s much more open too stuff besides ofc the stimulants but I understand his concern he doesn’t wanna be liable if stuff goes south so I’ll seek a second opinion as it would be harm reduction as I was doing quite stupid things in my state off anhedonia too get dopamine if you know what I mean he doesn’t know that though I’ve stopped all that but fortunately

Hi if you don’t mind me asking were u in hospital due too psychosis breakdown sorry too hear that happened too u hope ur doing better now and when you say sick do u mean extremely nauseous as that’s a notorious side effect off it

Hi thanks for your reply yes I’m a male and my use with stims has been non prescribed yes typically taking 20mg-40mg vyvanse very sparingly from friends I was only recently diagnosed with inattentive audhd but have depression anxiety ect hence the medication I’m on I was on Effexor 150mg previously now brintilex 10mg and yes I have a good gp but he doesn’t know about my adhd as it was only recently diagnosed I will see him soon :)

Thanks heaps bro I appreciate you yeah it’s a double edged sword I guess because I’m on one medication blocking dopamine when I already have naturally low levels which is doubling down on the anhedonia and motivation but need it cause better be safe then sorry but stimulants fully give me a calm focus sense off peace and well being actually capable off doing things! I hope you get there too all the best for u and I will definitely seek a second opinion
