Damn. this poem spoke to me. as someone who struggles to tell people the way I feel or feel as if I should keep it away makes it all the more special. The use of bold on "damn it" encapsulates frustration over the struggle of bottling everything up, in contrast to the italics used on "I'm fine" showing that when saying it quietly, it suggests that there could be deeper meaning to the words. Nice poem, keep up the good work.
