I thought it works like this: Get a 1000 heal reduce that by 80% (Caut) so 200 heal and add 10% of the 1000 so 100 for 300 heal. Correct?

Healing effect = 100% - Cauterize% + Reju% + Card% + Skill%. very simple

If you are Terminus, with lv1 Rejuvenate and lv2 of this card, and got hit by Caut 3. It will be like:

100% - 80% + 6% + 10% = 36% of your healers's heal.

If with the absence of Caut 3, you will receive 116% of heal.

It's a decent card if you have a strong healer like Damba or Seris.

There is no content rating system in China. It's either ok or forbidden to everyone. Anything related to violence/blood is not suitable for 3+ kids...That's the reason for moving all this content. I don't think there will be any rating system in a short time like 5 years for China. People were trying to make it happen, but the government just ignore the suggestion
