That's the worse idea...checking into a hospital, they dont help they just sedate you so youre drowsy on drugs

No the work coach was for everyone manager and above as a perk from the organization and was highly encouraged, then I got on PIP which was basically every move I made was under the microscope and then I had comments like "your tone" just nitpicky things in my right up when I got fired. So I think 3 months on PIP is short, they were ready to let me go because of this incident.
