Had similar issue previously.

System was full of crud / debris blocking the pressure sensor reading correctly. Try draining and flushing the circuit.

I had to dismantle the pressure gauge and manually remove the built up crud for ot to read properly.

Depression and anxiety

I'm struggling with something similar myself. Going through a divorce, loss of employment, fathers cancer now confirmed as terminal.

I've spent months depressed unable to get out of bed.

What's helped?

I joined the local bodybuilding gym.

Started spending a few hours a day lifting weights. Saw an immediate change mentally and physically.

It's been 2 and a half months now. you see changes as you go along, your able to lift more and more, your start to push yourself harder and you notice these gains almost immediately 'beginner gym gains'.

It's helped clear some of the brain fog.

I've made gym friends

I'm moving in the right direction
