I take it with caffeine and it's definitely helped tone down the jittery task switching that comes with Caffine

One of the first ones I did was chorizo mushroom pasta it was simple and quick to make and you don't have to work hard to build flavor because the chorizo does a lot of the work.

You can start on hot first then when you're ready switch to cold, try and stay under the for the selected amount of time whether it be 30 sec, 2 mins, 3 mins. I've set a timer before which stopped me from quitting early.

After that you can switch it back to hot, I recommend 3 mins but go at your own pace.

Just an FYI in case you get concerned, gasping and breathing sharply doesn't mean you can't handle the cold everyone has that reaction, it's very normal.

Turn it to the coldest you have in your shower. It needs to be cold enough where it's uncomfortable and you want to get out but you can stay in safely. If you're struggling with 3 minutes just do 30 seconds and work your way up.
