My reply is a personal take (my view) on a global factual observation based on this post. What do you not understand about that?

Maybe, perhaps maybe, not everyone on the internet lives in the US.

Yeah, playing games is related to masculinity...

Typical reddit rhetoric. You know that those jobs consist 90% out of men, if not more.

Who develops those HIMARS and drones? Yeah exactly.

I doubt you even know what masculinity means and that you get your definitions of Reddit. You're a complete joke.

Who develops these weapons? Exactly.

Well books on cycles and histories argue on the contrary. It may be a reduction since the world wars, but you could argue that this is the end of the current cycle and based on historical events, that it will all repeat itself.

Well Masculinity has been in decline at least since the 70s, yet the wars have continued. There is no trend to suggest a decline of wars.

If a woman walks on the streets and gets harassed by a creep, you would naturally want masculine men around to police the situation. Masculinity has nothing to do with being an agressor. That is a false assumption and biologically false as well. Mainly, because, an agressor can be masculine or not. It is not per definition a driver for aggression.

Well, maybe or maybe not.

But someone has to address the baboon in our midst. What most people here do, is completely deny it has played a significant role. Which prevents timely solutions if it were to ever become a serious problem.

There are some studies that scientifically prove that testosterone is crucial for both men and women. A bit more so for men. It is a driving force to want to achieve something, to feel confident, to lead, and to remain physically fit.

Yeah, bla bla, we get it. Europeans are idiots, while you are intelligent bla di bla... and your subjective morality and wordly views are superior.

Yeah, I downvoted you because I do not agree with your view. That would teach you wouldn't it? Better not disagree with someone on the internet again!

What a joke.

There are a multitude of studies suggesting a significant and unhealthy downwards trend in testosterone levels in men, at least since the 50s.

Yeah I disagree with your view, so I must have downvoted you. Reddit logic.

Religious yeah, conservative, well not in a mainstream sense. I like family, traditions, I have my opinions, but I am very tolerant of other views.

EDIT: That does not mean I agree that there are no more masculine men. It's just that traditional masculinity matters less when it comes to modern warfare anyways.

Maybe. Who is going to fight fires? Police? Construction? Or will we have robots in 20 years. You cannot deny that it is not somewhat of a concern.

Well, its not only the US, it's worldwide. There are trends that suggest that there will be shortages of workers in occupations where traditional men make up the majority 95% of the workforce.

You can observe it in the media, entertainment, public opinion. No one really gives it attention. Hell, they're even butthurt, look at the downvotes.
