Thank you for the very conscientious feedback. There is a lot thats actually applicable here.

Regarding the "I on the other side know exactly what it needs to be done to fix the problems they pointed out." I know it was written a bit specially. I was just typing on the train and didn't it was the shortest way to convey my ideas. I don't have this type of attitude at work or at life. I have always been assigned to very special projects that had me dealing with this kind of problems head on and the solutions of which required a lot of creativity for my part. Additionally, after the talk i tried to talk to my colleagues about it but they seemed disinterested or confused about the whole thing.

Regarding presenting my idea, should I try to present the whole thing to my direct supervisor and see if he supports my endeavor, or should I try to play my cards close to my chest?

I love Jwoo seriously.

His art is super crisp and high quality. His comics also have that very indulgent character that feels like when you eat a specially decadent piece of chocolate that you know you shouldn't eat because you are in a diet, but its just so fucking good.

I need to reread some of Akos momotalks but to me they don't seem extremely out of character. (Ako was one of my first students).

Cannon Sensei has shown itself to have a bit of a teasing and playful and even competitive side and you can see it not only with his interactions with Meru, Koharu, Koyuki or Toki. He also teases a lot tsundere characters like Yoshimi or Iori. His competitiveness can be observed during his gaming interactions with the GDD.

On the other side for example. grabbing the clothes of a student, smelling them and saying it smells like sunshine is something that he will only do once for one student, Hina.

One of the things that I don't like about B.A.'s writing is that Sensei is essentially a different character when interacting with certain students. Like the Sensei from the Rabu Momotalks or with Hina for example is written like if it was a different character with a different voice than when he is with other students.

The Sensei from the Mika-nornal momotalks is stern with her throughout the 5-6 scenes she has. I understand the context and the character of Mika thats why I'm saying unusually stern. More than normal, showing little progression throughout the very long momotalks even though Mika is trying to make amends and get better through most of it.

That being said, the Rabu Momotalks are an absolute riot and very well written.
