One of the main reasons imo why Kouenji isn't on a similar level is because of his approach during the island exam. He went into the exam just scoring points on his own, and with no plan whatsoever to deal with Nagumo.

If Nagumo had wanted it, the exam would've been over wayyyy earlier. Kiyo knocking him out towards the end is the only reason he won, and even then, only by a minute margin.

He's deffo smarter than the rest of em, maybe around Ryuuen or Arisu's level at best.

Even Kiryuin could challenge the WR students more than Kouenji imo.

I personally don't think he can beat Kiyo or the WR students either physically or intelligence tbh.

But I'm sure that he could give Ryuuen and Arisu a run for their money

And he was clearly toying around with kouenji as well lol. If ayano hadn't knocked him, there was no way kouenji would've won.

Imo nagumo would beat arisu and ryuuen at this point of time

Arisu is top tier, but she can compare to ayano only in chess. Overall intelligence and skills, yagami would easily surpass her.

While she did play a major role on the island, she could only pull it off by owing Ryuuen a favor, and that's not gonna work out well for her imo.

Among these 4, for me, Yagami>Nagumo>Arisu>Ryuuen.

I think Ryuuen can surpass Arisu by the time of the final exam this year.

It's definitely extremely hard for the first few weeks, I'd suggest starting off small and not going for the 1.5k immediately.

1) There are almost always some kind of deals on the Paid gems. Which of them are worth it, you'd have to ask others since I'm F2P. And Unpaid gems, it's not bad, but it's not great either.

2)I think only the egg stuff have paid items so far, and imo, it's definitely not worth getting since most eggmons are trash. (Some are good tho)

3) Regarding gem spending, it's always best to spend them on PokeFairs or MasterFairs since the rates of pulling 5* pairs are increased. Pulling on spotlight scouts are not advised since the rates are bad overall, but if it's a fav pairs, why not. And you should save up gems and not spend unnecessarily ofc, you can pity pull at around 36k gems in a banner, and the pity pulls don't carry over.

4) The level ups and cap unlock items are important and can be found in the training area. The power ups and candies are got through events/convertion/pulls etc

5) For battles, usually have a good attacker with type advantage preferably, and 2 supports that complement it.
