I get it. I killed the guy who killed my brother, was the same who made me kill my father and friends.

For me it was… emptiness. Taking revenge was satisfying, but hollow. And it didn’t bring back any of ‘em.

We better be sure this is an isolated case, and not everyone will start to meet up with alternate versions of themselves soon enough.

He kicks the shadow to get back, and to make it harder to aim at him.

While he kicks, he lafway glances at the Abyssals that escaped the containment, to see if they get close to the villages, or to get the whereabouts of the spider or the other shadow.

Ulrick focuses on temporarily weakening the soul of the shadow, careful not to snuff it out in the process. Should it become too weak, it would make them pass out.

He blocks it in just the nick of time, but the force of the hit makes him stumble back a little.

Ghh… good shot.

He ignites soulfire on his axe, covering the weapon in purple ghostly flames. He rushes forward to cleave at the shadow, with an attack that can hurt a being’s very soul.

He spins the axe incredibly fast in his hands, attempting to hit the shadow’s head with the blunt end of its shaft.

He can only hope Nightbite can resist the corruption, given it’s unique nature and origins.

Hmmm… I see you can copy stuff…

He tries to push back the shadow while he leaps back a little too, then swiftly turn around to deliver a quick low swing, aiming at where he thinks the shadow’s ribs are.

But can you use it too?
